Full Itinerary
Day 1: Arriva and Transfer to Nairobi Hotel
You will be picked by our professional driver who will be your tour guide for this 5 days’ trip. You will be briefed shortly and be transferred to a Hotel in Nairobi to rest from the long flight. Dinner and night stay.
Day 2: Nairobi to Lake Nakuru
You will start your day with breakfast at the hotel in Nairobi before embarking on the journey to Lake Nakuru National Park. You will enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Great Rift Valley as you gaze at the beautiful countryside. You will have lunch on arrival and get ready to launch an afternoon game drive in Lake Nakuru to explore the diverse wildlife of this park. Look out for over 400 species of birds including the yellow-billed stork and the greater flamingos among other birds here. Wildlife such as the Roth’s Child Giraffes, lions, waterbucks, black and white rhinos, and Buffaloes among others. Retire at the lodge in the evening for dinner and a night stay in the park.
Day 3: Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara
After the morning breakfast at the lodge, you will embark on a morning game drive to catch up with the early risers of the park. The beauty of the morning hours is that most animals are very active as they feed before they are disturbed by predators. The hyenas, leopards, and lions are seen chasing the weak animals and hunting them down for a meal. You will then return to the lodge where lunch will be served and embark on a journey to Kenya’s most famous and biggest wildlife reserve Masai Mara. The matchless views of the Great Rift Valley will leave you speechless as you make your way through this countryside towards Masai Mara arriving in the evening hours. Dinner and night stay at the lodge.
Day 4: Full day Masai Mara Experience
The day begins with a special meal at the lodge and if you prefer having your breakfast in the park, you will have your packed lunch. You will set out to the park on a morning game drive to meet special games like lions, Buffaloes, Giraffes, elands, waterbucks, leopards, and many cut species, hyenas, Zebras, and wildebeests among others. Our amazing team of professional drivers will lead you to the major game viewing spots in this wildlife reserve. You will break off for lunch and then resume game viewing activities in the afternoon on another game drive. This is a great opportunity to catch up with those animals you could have missed in the morning hours. You will then retire at the lodge where you will have your dinner and overnight.
Day 5: Transfer to Nairobi
This will be your last day of the 5 days trip and it starts at the lodge with breakfast and a short morning game drive in Masai Mara to say goodbye to this beautiful area. You will then check out of the lodge and head straight to Nairobi to catch up with your final flight.
End of the 5 days at Masai Mara.
